I lead design for Halodoc's Core vertical, where I oversee foundational systems like account creation, login, and payments with a focus on incentives, retention, and optimising costs →.

I had also lead design on the Pharmacy Delivery vertical, catering to 200k+ transactions per month, focusing on increasing repeat-purchases, fulfilment rate and reducing cancellations.

I have also co-led the setup and implementation of the Halodoc Design System, establishing core interface building blocks and interactions.

We’ve tokenised components, eliminated redundancies, and built a robust component library. It is now actively utilised by designers and engineers 🎉
